"My wife and I live in Northern BC. We still had a house in Sayward that had been rented out to Parallel 50 Property Management tenants. We had a realtor OJ from the same realty group Megan worked for. When OJ wasn’t available anymore Megan stepped in and took over for her and helped us for over a year and through this awful pandemic we are living in. She worked day and night and on her weekends and on holidays just to make sure her clients are taken care of in every way possible. I was having issues with my tenants and Megan helped us get through the problems and managed to find us a great offer on the house and the tenants cooperated and left in a timely manner. Without Megan’s tremendous dedication to her clients and her job, her tenacity and her willingness to stick it out over the long run we wouldn’t have been able to sell our house. She was awesome with her communication skills and would always promptly return calls or texts as long as she was within cell service as she often travelled the north island selling properties. We were on the island for holidays this summer and we met up with Megan for the first time to celebrate us closing on our house sale and she showed up with her kids and it was a great visit and we were right to trust in her as she pulled through and made the impossible happen for us and we will never be able to thank her enough for that. If we ever come back to the island we will be contacting Megan to broker a deal for a house for us once again. We’ll never forget your kindness, patience and positivity Megan!. "My husband and I had a piece of property to sell and had no experience with realtors. Megan had just started her real estate career and knowing her from being a part of our extended family made us feel safe and secure asking her to handle the sale. Property had not been moving in the real estate market but Megan was determined.
